Got the Prime Rib seasond with rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper, and resting in the fridge untill about 3 pm when it will be taken out to warm closer to room temp for two hours then it's in the oven.
The Mumm's for midnight is being chilled and the Merlot to drink with dinner is ready to open.
The potatoes that will be mashed are waiting and the fixings for gravy are at the ready.
Brussel sprouts to saute in olive oil and garlic are cleaned and ready.
